Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, right in town and near Marginal Way, making it easy to explore and enjoy all the activities. The rooms were generally clean but could use some improvement, especially the noisy room underneath one. The service was exceptional, always polite and attentive to our needs. However, the dining left something to be desired, except for the refined dishes. Overall, a decent place with some ups and downs.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always polite and courteous. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk to shops, dinner spots, and entertainment. The dining experience, aside from the breakfast options, was enjoyable. Overall, great value for an excellent experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was fantastic, making it easy to access various attractions, shops, and dining options. However, the dining experience, specifically the breakfast, was not impressive. Overall, it was a good value for the money.
The hotel has rooms that are being remodeled as they go along, with huge TVs making them very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, my room seemed untouched for 30 years and was directly under a very loud area. The service was very friendly and helpful, handling all our needs with a smile. The location is ideal, even without a water view, right in front of the Marginal Way entrance and close to the village center. Despite the noise issue, the hotel has great potential due to its friendly service and prime location.
The hotel's rooms are a bit dated but functional and comfortable, located right by the pool with a view out to the front yard. They were clean and spacious, although in need of serious updating. The service was friendly, accommodating, and handled all our needs with a smile. The location is perfect, right in front of the Marginal Way entrance, making it an easy short walk to most places in the village. The dining experience, except for breakfast, was satisfactory, especially for the wood-fired pizza. The hotel's facilities are decent overall.
